Antique 18ct Gold Bloodstone & Carnelian Spinner Pendant Fob

A stunning antique 18ct gold bloodstone and carnelian spinner fob. The carnelian side is engraved with what appears to be an otter? carrying a fish. In good condition with minor signs of wear commensurate with age and use. Fully hallmarked for 18ct gold dating to 1917. Hallmark partially worn.
