Antique 18ct Gold Opening Lucky Bean Charm Pendant

A gorgeous antique 18ct gold opening lucky kidney bean with a ruby & two seed pearls to the front. Beans are perceived as lucky talismans that also symbolise growth, strength, new beginnings and longevity. Rarely seen in 18ct gold, a lovely piece of history. This bean is in good condition with signs of wear commensurate with age and use. There are a few shallow dings to front & back and a dent to the back as seen in photos. Opens well and closes securely. Contains a lock of hair (which can be removed before dispatch if you prefer). It is stamped for 18ct gold and XRF tested to confirm purity.
